What is covered by this Privacy Notice:
This HVO Privacy Notice describes how we collect and use information that customers provide to us in connection with the creation or administration of HVO accounts, which we refer to as “Account Information”. For example, Account Information includes names, usernames, phone numbers, email addresses and billing information associated with a customer’s HVO account.
This HVO Privacy Notice applies to customers’ Account Information and does not apply to the content that customers store on our system, including any personal information of their end users. HVO will not disclose, move, access or use customer content except as provided in the customer’s agreement with HVO. See your agreement with HVO for more information about how we handle content you store on our systems.
How HVO uses Account Information:
Your account information is used solely for the purpose of enabling you, the customer, to make purchases in the HVO Store, as well as for the purpose of enabling you to view your information, which is limited to order information and data about your HVO systems that has been stored in the Seeing Eye(™) cloud service.
Please note that, if you have an HVO account and a highvolumeoxygen.com cookie, Account Information gathered by HVO may be correlated with any personally identifiable information that HVO has and is used by HVO to improve the services we offer.
