Increase the oxygen-generating capacity of your HVO system by adding Drones, storage tanks, and oxygen concentrators. Additional Relay Boxes may also be required when adding Drones and concentrators.
Drone

A Drone is a compressor and tank combination without a controller. It’s purpose is to extend the compression, storage, and oxygen-generating capacity of your HVO system.
The Drone receives a signal from the Main headbox via a coaxial cable. It is available with either a Mighty Mite, Titan 1, or Titan 2 compressor, and tank sizes of 30, 60, and 80 gallons (20 gallon tanks are not used with Drones).
Tanks may be interconnected to one another via a braided steel line, forming one unit of storage.

Storage Tanks
Add a storage tank to make more oxygen available during periods of high usage.
Oxygen Concentrators
For customers in the USA & Canada, we offer the Devilbiss Drive (10 LPM) and AirSep Onyx Ultra (10 LPM) oxygen concentrators.
NOTE: FOR INDUSTRIAL AND VETERINARY USE ONLY.
NOT FOR HUMAN MEDICAL USE.
Specifications
- Power: 120V / 60hz, ~6A
- 10 LPM output @ 20 PSI
- Power: 120V / 60hz, ~6A
- 10 LPM output @ 12 PSI
Relay Boxes
The HVO system turns the attached oxygen concentrators on and off via a signal sent over a coaxial cable to one or more relay boxes. We offer 3-outlet, 5-outlet, and 5-outlet Smart Relay boxes.
Measure and Track your Oxygen Usage in the Cloud with the Oxygen Tracker

USEFUL FOR:
- Quantifying your operation’s oxygen usage over a period of time
- Discovering costly oxygen leaks in your gas plumbing or end-use devices
- Economizing on oxygen usage
- Reconciling actual usage with gas company bills
FEATURES
- 5″ touch screen displays real-time measurements
- Uses an internal mass flow sensor that is able to detect flow rates as small as 0.1 LPM and as large as 300 LPM
- Supports line pressures up to 100 psig
- Display flow rates in either Liters per Minute (LPM) or Cubic Feet per Hour (CFH)
- Supports US English, French, and Spanish, as well as Celsius and Fahrenheit
- A weekly report is emailed that summarizes oxygen usage by week

NOTE: Compatible with compressed or liquid tanks, as well as any PSA oxygen generating system.
The Oxygen Tracker measures the flow rate of oxygen, as well as gas temperature, ambient temperature, and total liters consumed. Measurements are transmitted to the cloud every 10 seconds and may be viewed in our web portal.
